I have eaten worms on a dare before!. It is not that bad!. My advice is to swallow them whole!. They are kind of gritty if you chew them!.
Holding a spider is no problem either!. I had a job giving animal demonstrations and I have held spiders for much longer than 10 minutes!.

ok, I have a phobia of spiders, and I love worms, but I would NEVER eat 40 wrms!.!.!.!.tht would scar me mentally for 40 years, and I'd throw up for a week! But depending on what type of spider, I'd rather hold the spider for 10 mins, where as, I'd be parenoid for a month!.!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
