Hi, I read this joke on a daily feed!. It seems pretty terrible, but maybe there is more to it:
Q: What's the hardest thing about rollerblading!?
A: Telling your parents you're gay!.
I'm guessing it is somehow insinuating that rollerblading is excessivly feminine or gay!. Which seems strange to me!. This joke comes from an American site, so there may be some inherant stereotypes that I am unaware of, if anyone has any more insight, input would be nice!.

It isn't specifically referring to inline blades as you might imagine, it is more the 4-wheels with 2 at the front and 2 at the back!. It furthers the stereotype that homosexuals go to the indoor skating rinks where you dance in glittery clothing and look rather camp dancing around!. This obviously isn't the case but I think it's one of those jokes where you don't expect the punchline because it seems so off base but if you read it first time it can be sorta amusing!.!.!. In a weird way!. I laughed but only because when I thought of rollerblading I thought of someone wearing 70s clothing on the four wheel dancing shoes rather than inline skates which is obviously more masculine!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
