There should be an unsubscribe option at the veeeeeery bottom of the e-mails!.!.if nothing else, customer support should be able to help you!.!.!.even though they're a bunch of wankers who will inevitably attempt to keep you with the service!.
If all else fails!.!.!.reset your spam filters to include words you usually find in afformentioned e-mails!.!.!.or as a last resort!.!.!.get a new e-mail addy and save this old one for spam stuff (or when registering for anything you think could potentially lead to spam)!.

ok I don't know what fior buddy tv is, but the next email you get, scroll all the way to the bottom of it, and look in the fine print if there is any, and it has to tell you how to unsubscribe!. It's a law that they have to include an unsubscribe link!. Usually you just have to click on a link, but sometimes they try to make it hard on you and you have to send an email to them requesting to be unsubscribed!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
