If those owners are in the middle of a slope they will both get run off from the higher elevation!. Because both have growth with very little roots, they will experience immense erosion!. I would seriously doubt they would have any flowers at all after a few good rain falls!. The grass would still be there if it was well rooted, but that too, could go bye bye!.
They would need trees and other shrubbery in order to keep any flattened surfaces!. But, even then, time would see to it that a slope would again occur!.

all the water will sit there and build up flooding the area, but when there was a slope, erosion was a bigger issue; as the water ran downward it gained speed and took earth and silt away with it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
