Ever heard this one?!

There are a widow and widower who live next door to one another in an upscale neighborhood!. One day they are talking to one another across the fence, and decide that they should get together for some mutual "adult" physical entertainment!.

"But I'm afraid of all the gossip that would result if the servants or our neighbors found out, " the widow says!.
"So am I," agrees the widower, "so we must agree to keep it a secret!."
They agree to make a secret rendezvous one night after all their servants have gone to bed!. They meet in the widow's bedroom, and as she is undressing, she pauses to whisper to the widower!.

"Before we go any further," she says in a low voice, "there's something I feel obligated to tell you, sir!."
"Oh, what's that!?" The widower replies!.
"Well," she she says, "I have acute angina!."
