Mr!. Bob distributed 4 bags to Allan, Brian, Charlie and David!. He said: Each of you have a bag of red and/or white balls!. Every bag has 3 balls!. The numbers of red balls in all the bags are different!. Even each bag has a lable to indicate what each bag contains, all labels are completely wrong!. Now, you can take out 2 balls from the bag and tell me what the color of the 3rd ball is!.
Allan took out 2 red balls from his bag!. after he compared the label he tole Mr!. Bob what the color of the third ball was immediately
Brian took out 1 red ball and one white ball from his bag!. after he compared the label he told Mr!. Bob the color of the third ball immedeiately also!.
Charlie took out 2 white balls from his bag, after he compared the lable he could not tell what color the third ball was!.
however, david said to Mr!. Bob: I can tell the color of all 3 of my balls!. he did correctly!. But how!?

I think Melissa M is pretty close, only Brian can't have a red ball because it would mean his bag has 2 red and each bag has a diff number of red!. So based on what Melissa M started I think:
Allan had a white ball!. Allan's label read 2 white & 1 red!.
Brian had a white ball!. Brian's label read 2 red and one white!.
Charlie had a white ball!.Charlie's label read all red!.
