A man was sitting on a park one morning,eating a burger!.an old woman with her dog sat on another nearby bench!.her dog kept sniffing and bounded over to him,looking at his burger longingly!.
The man told the woman,"do u mind if i throw him a bit!?"

For the peple who don't get it: this is a joke!. A park should have a wall or atleast a fence!. The man threw it over the wall to get rid of the dog or to let it be there without it (the dog should jump over the wall to get it, if it's capable of doing so)!.
And the garbage bin story: if he throws it in there, the dog has to get it from the garbage bin! Eww!(Just imagine how it would look and smell like)Www@Enter-QA@Com
