She was running in high heels, and she was in a hurry!. She could've accidently gotten the heel caught on a step and it fell off!. also, when things fit perfectly, they can still come off easily!. But a VERY good question!.!.!. I've never really thought about it!.!.!.

I'm guessing you've never worn heeled shoes before!. High heels don't fit as well as other shoes, even when they are a perfect fit!. Especially if you're running in them (which she was) to not change back before midnight!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
