Several inmates are planning to sue the Louisiana State Penitentiary!. The suit claims that the new walls and fences that are being built are not to scale!.
“This is terrible” says one inmate!. “How are we supposed to get out of here easily if the walls are not to scale!?”

Total injustice, no chance to plan a dramatic escape, no chance to enhance ones ability in high jumping or wall climbing!.
