its acceptable when someone of the race tells a racist joke, but someone outside of the race generally shouldn't tell the joke, unless he/she is very comfortable with the people hearing the joke!.

it's sort of the unwritten rule that only that race can say anything about its own race not about anyone else's!. Like an Asian person can't make fun of Mexicans but they can make fun of Asians!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
