After pondering this question for a bit, I can to a conclusion!.
1)First I applied the Theory of Relativity, substituting wood for the small nuclear force and the woodchuck for gravity!. I then applied Chaos Theory to the resulting equation!. If the Earth hums at 23!.6874563hz and the sun is at an angle of precisely 78!.4500923 degrees to the North-East Equator, then a wood chuck could chuck 36 quarts of wood at a density on 1!.085467 stones, 14 hands in length!. This is ofcourse assuming it is raining and between 284!.2611111 to 287!.594444 kelvin outside!.
2) Using the specific gravity of Mercury and interlacing the longitudal spacing of Californium electrons, I have concluded that it would take 257 licks to get to the center if each lick removes 4,055,589,953,147,120!.25894432 elctrons from each transmission layer with 14!.5 joules of caloric energy!. Scientifically: You have to do is measure the amount of saliva you produce per lick, measure the volume of the Tootsie Pop, find the amount each lick your saliva takes away from the pop, and divide that much by the total volume of the Tootsie Pop!.
