ok so, if your clock was at 2:19 but it was actually 2:17 real time(clock is set ahead) and you looked at your clock a while later and it said 2;29, would you have gone ahead 10 minutes or only 12 minutes!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

If you look at your clock and it says 2:19, then you look at your clock again a bit later and it says 2:29, then obviously 10 minutes have passed!. It doesn't matter what the actual time is!.
However, if your clock is off because it's broken and not keeping time correctly, then it's quite possible that less than 10 minutes have passed, because your clock is faster than the "official" time!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

2:19 to 2:29 is only 10 minutes(both time you look at the same clock)!.
