if each girl has 2 legs, and each cat has 4 legs and each kitten has 4 legs, then there are:
7 girls * 2 legs=14 legs
7 backpacks * 7 cats = 49 cats
49 cats * 4 legs =2401 legs
49 cats * 7 kittens = 343 kittens
343 kittens * 4 legs =1372 legs
2415 legs if the kittens are not on the bus
3787 legs if each kitten is on the bus
oh i figured this out seconds after i originally posted it, if the backpacks are not on the bus then there are 14 legs
other answers ( if some backpacks/kittens are on the bus and some aren't) range between 14 and 3787 legs
(not counting seat legs or random legs not mentioned)
oh or of course you could be being a pain to every one (no offense) and there are no legs on the bus, only wheels ( or even saying that cats don't have legs they have paws, making it 14 legs)

7 girls times 2 legs is 14 legs!. 14 legs times 49 cats times 4 legs times 7 kittens times 4 legs equals 76832 legs!.
