A man was blessed in life in every way!.!.!.wealthy, adored by women, and everything he wanted!. Except for massive headaches!. They got worse every day until finally he couldn't take it any more!. The doctor gave him some bad news: he had a rare condition of testicles pressing against the base of his spine that pinched nerves causing his headaches, and the only option to stop the pain was castration!. The man was mortified, but could no longer take the constant pain so finally agreed!.
After the surgery, his pain was gone and he felt better than he had in years, like a new man!. He decided to treat himself to a new suit!. So he went to a fancy clothing store and asked a salesman for a new coat!. "Size 42, right!?" the salesman said!. "Yes, how did you know!?" the man said!. "It's my job," said the salesman!.
