therefore the answer is 0!.
or using BODMAS (where you solve using the order bracket, fractions (of) division, multiplication, addition and then subtraction) you will get:
122 + (34 x 10) - 1000 + (2 x 3) + 11 + 22 + 33 + (44 x 2) x (10 x 0) x (10 x 100)
which gives:
122 + 340 - 1000 + 6 + 11 + 22 + 33 + (88 x 0 x 1000)
which then gives:
462 - 1000 + 6 + 11 + 22 + 33 + 0
which gives:
462 - 1000 + 72
which then gives:

which is:
