Around 2 AM the husband got up, went to the kitchen and returned
with a sandwich and a beer!.
'Here,' he said to the statue, have this!.
I stood like that for two days at the Smiths and nobody offered me a

The husband is having an affair with 'the Smith's" wife!. Obviously when Mr Smith arrived home the husband had to pretend to be a statue!. So when he got home and saw the guy pretending to be a statue at his own house he knew straight away his own wife was having an affair but because he was also cheating he didn't say anything!. Knowing what it feels like to pretend to be a statue he offered the guy something because he wished someone had offered him something!. It also shows that he caught on to what was going on and that he was having an affair too!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
