Question: Would this indeed be considered sexual harrassment!?
Every day, a male co-worker walks up very close to a woman at the coffee machine, inhales a big breath of air, and tells her that her hair smells nice!.
After a week of this, she can't stand it anymore, takes her complaint to a supervisor in the personnel department and asks to file a sexual harassment grievance against him!.
The Human Resources supervisor is puzzled and asks: 'What's sexually threatening about a co-worker telling you your hair smells nice!?'
The woman replies, 'It's Kevin!. The midget!.'Www@Enter-QA@Com

I was thinking to myself, that the woman at the coffee machine was bending over to get her coffee (rather than bending her knees and stooping down to then reach in and grab the coffee! ;-)
Then, I got a serious thought, and said to myself that she needed to complain to the male co-worker that what he was doing offended her - to try to nip it right in the bud - so to speak - at the offender's point of origin!. After making sure the offender is fully aware that their behavior was offensive to the injured party, only then could something be done if they chose to repeat said offensiveness!.
I sided with the HR rep's incredulous response when they inquired what could possibly be offensive about receiving a compliment such as that!?
Of course, I busted a gut and ROFLMAO with your last line!!!

Now, would it be sexual harassment if I told this joke at work (in a government office building) to mixed genders!? Or would it not be stepping over the line (of decency) if I simply changed "midget" to "dwarf"!?
