How do you make yourself laugh after an 'eh' kind of day?!


Question: I'm a person who generally smiles a lot and enjoys classifying her days as 'good days'. I believe laughing is the best cure for a bad day or an OK day. I am just curious what you guys do to make yourself laugh after an 'eh' kind of day.

1. listen to your favorite song or if ur fav. song is sad tehn listen to a funny song
2. go to http://jokes4all.net/jokes/random.html those r so funny and if u go to random jokes most are appropriate
3. what REALLY helps me get rid of stress or sadness is i go for a run and when i start to get tires i think of the event that made my day bad and i use that negative thought to run even faster and i feel so accomplished after the run (maybe run for 30-40 minutes)
4. Call your friend and talk to her/him. friends always help =)

look through all the jokes and then they will make you laugh

Well i laf at anything. When i watch TV i go " look its a man with a hat" then it cracks me up. I think that the more u laf the longer you live is that true...?
