Not what you expected?!

Question: A biker is riding by the zoo, when he sees a little girl leaning
into the lion's cage. Suddenly, the lion grabs her by the cuff of her jacket and tries to pull her inside to slaughter her, under the eyes of her screaming parents. The biker jumps off his bike, runs to the cage and hits the lion square on the nose with a powerful punch. Whimpering from the pain the lion jumps back letting go of the girl, and the biker brings her to her
terrified parents, who thank him endlessly.
A NYT reporter has seen the whole scene, and addressing the biker, says, "Sir, this was the most gallant and brave thing I have seen a man do in my whole life."
"Why, it was nothing, really, the lion was behind bars. I just saw this little kid in danger, and acted as I felt right."
"Well, I'll make sure this won't go unnoticed. I'm a journalist
from the New York Times, you know, and tomorrow's paper will have this on the first page...

I see that Whaaaat's comment (above) just goes to demonstrate the point of your story. The Republican wasn't the crooked one in this story, it was the journalist.

But Whaaat heard what he wanted to hear, and not what you said, just the same as the journalist printed things slanted so that the true story wasn't told, just what he wanted people to think and hear...

Reminds me of a shirt one of my friends used to love to wear to work because we worked in a call center, and none of the supervisors got the joke: "Thin the herd of sheeple".

i get it now he is a bike rider and the african immigrant was the lion and the biker stole his lunch cuz he saved the kid
that makes a lot more sense now! funny too!

Haha... I kinda get it... It's funny... =)

hahahahahahah that is very funny hahahahaha. Well that is how crooked those republicans are i am not gonna lie. And well you know how misleading news can be. Great

lol... that was terrible, but i laughed. lol...
