It has to be warm water, but it doesn't always work.
if it doesn't work, colour her eyebrows in blue kohl pencil (when shes asleep) and tell her you dyed them!
when she's sleeping, you put her hand in a bowl of warm water. I have seen it work, but not always.
Yes, it motivates them to pee. It doesn't really make them pee.
