The 52 bicycles are cards in a playing deck. He probably did something, like cheat, so he was killed??

The cards slit his neck with thier sharp edges?? OR he was suffocated or he cheated and was punished... or maybe he just starved...

This guy worked for a bicycle company, he was probably the stocks guy or something, went in to do a stock take and .... the bicycles fell on him.?
