Question: We think that were going to get the whole class to get in on this one. (:

Whenever she turns her back to the board,
everyone should very quietly move their desks froward, until you are really close to her.
Or you could talk to a teacher next door and see if they will call her into their room for a few minutes, and you can all turn your desks upside down and then when she comes back just be sitting there straight faced as if nothing happened.
I hope you pull something great off!!

i think those are enough.. otherwise you'll have a hard time remembering what to do for each word and half the class might mess up and ruin the flow.

The best part is, for the first time ever, every kid is going to hanging on every word she says and she will think everyone is listening...Finally.
My husband is a math teacher and he loves it when the class gets together, even if it is to pull a prank.

You should do everything that you listed...but here's the twist:
Clue your teacher in on it, tell her what is going to happen ahead of time. Then ask her if she will cluck like a chicken every time someone raises their hand. The joke will be on the whole class.
I wouldn't have the entire class do it.Maybe just have one person assigend to each word or two people per word the whole class with give it away right off hand.But everyone could play a part in it

ORRRR pretend its her birthday. Dont tell anyone its not. Bring a cake and some presents/balloons. Make a sign to put on her door saying happy birthdy mrs. ____! Everyone all day will think its her birthday and wish her a happy one. We did that and the teacher never told anyone it wasnt his birthday! It was easiest not to rather than tell everyone it wasnt really. Every class even sang him the birthday song and had no clue otherwise!

well coating the chalk with glue replacing the temp marker ink with sharpie ink comes to mind or stain the eraser with something so when he tries to clean the board he messes it up.
I'm a teacher, and if my class ever did that I'd murder them. You are all going to be suspended. Hahahaha. Just kidding. Here's one... bring a spool of thread and string your classroom. Have your friends go sharpen their pencils and drag the thread all across the room. I did this in 8th grade and it was soooooooooo funny... although we did get send to the principal's office. Luckily, the principal had a sense of humor.
