Alright, lemme take a go at this.
Hmm.. I would say, the man said:
"You will sentence me to six years of imprisonment".
My reasoning is simple. Suppose he tell that to the judge, and the judge said it's true, then he will be wrong, because he will only do that if the statement if false. If the judge said it's false, then that wouldn't be right, because the judge would only send him to jail if he lied, and the judge cannot tell whether he lied or not in the first place, when the judge himself hasn't passed a judgement of his statement, which depends once again, on the judge's decision.. and it goes on.
So maybe, his statement cannot really be proved false or true, that is why the judge let him go?!
