ie no windows but still the cut outs for where they were/should be
unlock the door
eat urself?

try to find the key hidden in the room and unlock the door (if there is 1)
sit and do nothing, or

I'd use my cell phone or a phone if there was one and call 911. Else I'd find where my are leads out like a vent or something then I'd see if I can open it. If not then I'd yell help through it cause odds are it connects to some room with someone in it that can help you. If that won't work considering the wall thickness I'd try to bash myself out of there. If that didn't work then I'd search myself for something that would fit into the lock hole. If I couldn't find anything and the lock was electric then I'd find some water and if I couldn't find anything then I'd put my saliva on it. But, depending on what's in the room it would change that I'd do. But if the room is empty and there's a locked door for your only escape route and nothing that I said works then you can't do anything.
Use the unlocked door next to it.
Bust the door down

Dig a hole under the door
Get sum1 else to unlock it
Unlock the door or ask someone on the other side to unlock it for you.

Go out the other door, the one that isn't locked.
