Do you roll the toilet paper down from the inside or the outside?!
Question: According to proper high society hoity-toity etiquette tp is suppose to be placed where the roll is pulled over the top, outside.
However anyone that owns cats realizes that, like anything not nailed down, the tp dispenser is a cat toy. In this case one that that the little darlings think is so much fun to watch spin and drop paper.
Every cat owner knows to have the roll placed the proper way according to etiquette WILL result the entire roll being scattered, potentially shredded, all over the bathroom floor as well as perhaps other near by rooms. With a cat or cats looking up from the piles of paper as if saying “Who Us? We don’t know how this happened.”
Thus for a cat owner, the only way the paper can safely be placed on the roll is for it to be pulled down or from the inside. This way when the cats decided the dispenser is a play toy all you hear is the roll spinning out of control and cats wondering why the paper is not coming off so they can build their piles of "paper forts" to hide behind and jump through.
