Find out your teacher's phone number and then call him from a private number in the middle of the class.......I know it's not very funny but at least you'll waste some time meant for lessons...:]

Here's one I did in about Year 8:
The school issued identical looking combination padlocks for everyone to put on their lockers. I 'intercepted' a few and took them apart. They were the type where you spin the combination in using one rotary dial and once entered, you pull down and the shackle is released. So I took out the gear mechanism that determined the combination and replaced it with a fire cracker style small explosive charge rigged to go off when the lock was pulled down to release the shackle. (the dial was left on but not connected to anything so the victim could still dial in his combination).
So I placed this dud lock on his locker (I'd already obtained his real combination) and waited (trying to contain my apprehensive laughter) nearby. He knew something was up the moment he saw the lock because this one was slightly scratched and he always kept his shiny but still dialed in his combination and pulled down. Unfortunately a teacher was walking past at the time and almost had a heart attack. My original target nearly wet himself and I fell out of the bush I was watching from crying with laughter. The only hitch in the whole plan was the teacher who had been walking past at the time pretty much held an inquisition. Also, these days it would probably cause a bomb scare.
