nope, can't help you.. 2? hmm. ask your mom

1. Pythagorean Theorem = a^2 + b^2 = c^2

3^2 + 4^2 = x^2
9 + 16 = x^2
25 = x^2
x = 5

2. The square root of 2 divided by 2, then squared.

2^(1/2) / 2
1.4142.. / 2
0.7071...

0.7071... ^2
.5

So the square root of two divided by two is equal to the square root of .5

3. Don't remember; I always hated polynomials.
