Er, I don't think the restaurant would allow a person without pants to go in. Obviously that's even worse than no shirt or shoes. Just imagine it...if you can.

then they are retarded. most business hold the right to refuse service to anyone. since many people frequent convienent stores or restaurants on vaca. its often they try to come in half-dressed. i dont know too many people who dont wear pants wherever they go.

I'm guessing they would be asked to leave - i think that if they say no shirt they expect you to get "well if i don't have a shirt on they really wouldn't like me with my pants off!" I don't think they'd really like that.

Lol, i asked my dad that once-
(he was a restaurant manager for 14 years)
and he just thought that it would normally go without saying but he also said that he remembers when someone DID come in with shoes and a shirt but no pants. Apparently he was "escorted" out by a costumer. But my dad says that if he had to he would probably call the police for public indecency
