very funny, the version I have heard the woman goes to the doctors and he num nums her boobs.
There is another version where the woman goes to the doctors to ask if her boobs are too big and the doctor asks if he can weigh them for her, she agrees and the doctor puts his hands on her boobs and goes wahhheyyyy
