i use lawry's seasoned salt on my boneless chicken i use on my geroge foreman grill i wanted to know how many calories are being cut in half on the back of the chicken bag it says the serving size 3 (122G) Calories 100 calories from fat 5
i usually eat about 4 pieces when i cook them

As eating all this boneless chicken prevented you from using sentences. It would be easier to understand what you are saying if you did.
The shift key on your keyboard also allows you to write capital letters. You should've used a capital letter for George Foreman, Lawry's and I (i).

Really? You want to know what I think? Okay, I think you were probably a little rude and demeaning. He asked for an answer to his question, not a lesson in sentence structure and punctuation. I also think you wouldn't have to worry about getting irate emails if you didn't allow emails from complete strangers. Just my thoughts on the scenario as you present it.
