no. YOu jsut delete the question, because you can't choose "put to a vote" and get those points back until at least 1 person answers.
THat why I look back every few pages in the section for questions with only 0,1,or 2 answers. Nobody else really goes back there and it makes it easier for me to get BEST ANswer like now.

Yes you do ask a question even if it doen't get an answer. If it has a question mark on the end it defiantly is a question because it is a QUESTION mark and if the question has no answer then it is a rhetorical question and therefore is.
