12:15 - I arrived from work and watched tv.
12:50 - I heard a gunshot and walked to my neighbours house to investigate.
12:53 - I rubbed the steam thing off the window and saw my neighbour dead
12:55 - I phoned the police

*It was a cold day*
*Tom Johnson owns a Jaguar (car)*
*Tom is 36*

*The police could not find the weapon, it is impossible he could have commited suicide.*

Tom Johnson. He couldnt have rubbed off the *steam* off the window because the water would have condensed on the inside surface of the window, and not the outside.(This is due to the temperature difference of the outside and the inside, as the room is hotter than the glass, the difference in temperature causes atmospheric water vapour to form on the inside surface of the glass, and not the outside)
The killer was Tom. Because he said he wiped off the steam thing ( frost )on the window and looked inside and saw the neighbor. This is impossible, because frost forms on the inside, not the outside.

The best I could do i social workers do not come home at 12:15?? Social workers should not own Jaguars? 69 year olds should not drive?
i think Tom did it bcuz a man couldnt handle watching tv 4 just a little bit or bcuz he rubbed steam but it was cold out

How did Tom know he was dead if he wasn't inside the house I can look in a window and see someone laying down sleeping but it don't mean they're dead. so I say Tom
Ohh this is hard. I think its Tom...cause like when it's cold in my house the steam thingy is inside the window not outside...he is lying he shot him!! I think I might be wrong =] x

OK, Margret looks more suspect because she didnt call the police after she heard a gunshot and she was probably jealous bcuz everyones house was bigger than hers and other people have jaguars and all she got is a small van. And she left out a whole hour and a half of details out of her tetstimony. Interesting riddle, if I can think of anything more i will come back and update.
