If a man is walking in the middle of the woods, and there are no women are around to hear him, is he still wrong?

yea it still makes a sound lol

The correct riddle is:

If there is a noise in the woods, and there is no one around to hear it, is it really a noise?
The answer is yes, because a noise is a noise, soundwaves, etc, that, even if nothing on Earth could hear it, supernaturals and all in Heaven could hear it.

You get the idea.

the tree doesnt make a sound but u can only hear wen it hit da ground

i would love to think that it does.... but if no one is there to hear it, then there is no possible way that it could be proven. which is really weird to think about. you think that everything that normally makes sounds would still make the same sound if no one was around, but again, if there is no one there, then know one knows. it could be a secret of the world, but no one will ever be able to know. wow, what a mystery!

What Alli said! :)
Yeah, it does make a sound.

There are no trees in the middle of nowhere. If there was a tree, it's somewhere == so yes, it would make a sound. Sound is vibrational mechanical energy that propagates as waves through air molecules and/or matter. So unless the tree fell over in a vacuum, it would make a sound.

Little furry animals deep, deep in the Forrest contemplate this very dilemma:

I've never see a human !

...do they exist ??

yes?

duh. of course it does.

yeahhhh !

Ah! an age old question! No the tree wouldn't make a sound. Sound is cause by vibrations against the eardrum. If noone is around when the tree falls, thus no eardrum to vibrate, then it makes no sound.

depends... is it willing?

???

no
