actually funny story about this...
my friends lives near her college were there is this neighbour who watches everything that happens in the houses that are full of students.
one night me and some friends were outside her house when one of us realised that the dude across the way was watching us.....it was clearly obvious as he had his curtains pulled and the lights off but the curtain was moving in an unusual way....
so we decided to watch him.....until it got boring....
sorry for rambling.....it was funnier at the time as we had our cameras with us and we took photos and we could clearly see him there but he was still pretending as if he was not....
