Question: You are traveling down a path and come to a fork in the road. A sign lays fallen on the path. The sign says that one oath leads to a village where everyone tells the truth and the other to a village where everyone tells lies. The sign has been knocked down so you do not know which path leads to which village. Then someone from one of the villages (you dont know which one) comes down the path from which you came. You may ask him one question to determine which path goes to which village. What do you ask? explain.

This is the question I will be asking: "Which road/path should I take to go to your TOWN?"
If he comes from the truth-telling village, he will correct me (he lives in a village), and show me the correct path.
If he comes from the village of lies, he will not correct me, and point to the path where he DOES NOT live (as he lies), which should, accurately, be the truth-telling village.

i woulda asked "do you lie?" but they would only have a truthful or wrong answer.
I would say "am I male or female?" If they said female I would know they are from the lying village, and then I would walk down whichever path they don't.
If you were from the other village (the one you're not from) what would you tell me if i were to ask if you were from the truth telling village.

Replace the sign, you will know where you came from. the other two will align themselves.
I'd ask the guy if he came from the path which I know he came from (like point down the pth he came from). If he agrees, then he's telling the truth, if he denies, then he's lying.

pointing to the way he came i ll ask "is this the village you r coming from" if he says "yes"i go there and see peoples who says truth and if he says "no"then take divert!!
i would say, "hey whats up?! you live next door to where i live, right?" then if he said "yes", then he's from the village of liars.
