hmm because one of them was so ugly that he fainted or something?

it wasnt a boxing match, they were having a contest based on something else

The boxers are dogs.

They weren't having a boxing match. They were having a different type of match where no one had to kick or punch.

Or the boxers were the Boxer dogs and they were attacking each other. And dogs can't kick or punch. They bite. So that's probably how no punches, kicks, or illegal moves were thrown. One dog killed or severely injured the other dog, so that's how one of the boxers won.

it was a no moving contest and one moved

They were facing each other but they weren't fighting each other?

The boxers were playing a TENNIS MATCH!!! Come on, that has to be right...
