Question: Here is a riddle for you... see if you can answer it!
A man reaches a fork in the road. He knows one way will lead to riches and the other will lead to death.
At that fork in the road there is a little house where 2 brothers live. One will always tell the truth and the other will always lie but the man does not know which is which.
The man knocks on the door and one of the brothers answer. He can only ask one question to find out which way he should go.
What should the question be??

ask either brother which path the other would say and then take the opposite one. the brother who lies will know his brother would say the right path so will lie and tell you the wrong path. the brother who tells the truth knows his brother will lie so also tells you the wrong path

Davey got it right first- since you wouldn't know which brother you were talking to you should be asking "which path would your brother suggest I take" Both brothers would answer the same thing and as long as you did the opposite you'd be correct.
