.... what?

Mexican jumping bean?

Could it be a bug? or do they have meat and bones? if its not a bug then I don't know what it could be.

A beatle.

gross!

a leaf that an ant has walked away with!

A Bug! tehe

a bug or something sweet that some ant walked away with!?

caterpillar/bug.

ant or snake

woah confusing!!!

I'll tell you what it's NOT. It's NOT something I would eat! I wouldn't eat anything that was on a shelf for three days even if it didn't walk away. And It's NOT a bug because a bug would have "meat". How do you know it "walked away"? Did you see it walk away? If you saw it walk away wouldn't you stop it if you wanted to eat it? This is a dumb riddle, I think.

a tri-legged magic mushrooms.

an EGG. duh ;] !

I'd love to say "Egg", but I can't think of any animal that can go from the egg state to the walking state without there having been bones within the egg.

That is, a chicken's egg, 3 days before hatching, would contain chicken bones (though perhaps not fully formed)
