Question: A boy asked his friend to say a number in his mind and a few other things. He then asked what the answer is, "50" the boy answered. Then he said "I know what your secret number is, five!" How did he know?

maybe the 50 of 0 was the brain, and was thinking 5. maybe I don't know though.
he asked him to take his # then times by two then add then then diveide by two then subtract the # he thought of first it would equal out to be 5 because half of 10 is 5
He gave him a mathematical equation. He could tell him to do anything he wanted to but he had to say "Minus your #" and while the friend was doing the equation so was the boy. Think of the friend's number as a pronumeral... And by the way - it isn't the friend's secret number - it's the end result of the equation...
