The person wore a fishnet.
i think the person is dressed but not properly or formally dressed. and he don't have any material gift but has a gift like for example a gift of knowledge...
oh this is hard
idk ...but i think as a texan so my answer would be in his bday suit.....
hmmmm....the word undressed has multiple meanings...a plausible way to satisfy this riddle would be to assume a military role... the person would arrive not dressed (in military uniform), but not undressed (he wore civilian clothes, and therefore not naked).
with a gift (could be he's asking for a particular talent this person possesses?), but without a gift (I'm assuming this means the common definition, meaning present or something given voluntarily without payment in return, as to show favor toward someone, honor an occasion, or make a gesture of assistance; present. )
(A) wore a fishnet
(B) Talent
