Look what you've gone and done. You have confused 'Don't ask, I'm confused' even more!! I agree though, this is not PC brigade, it's the cinema being greedy. The same as you can only consume food/drink bought in the pub not anything brought onto the premises.

here in Michigan they could care less if we bring it in or not, they probably wouldn't be happy if we brought a boat load of Chinese in with a table tray but candy they don't mind**or a few cans of miller lite lol
I always take my own sweets into the cinema....no way am I paying their prices for their stuff.....good job I ve got big pockets in my catsuits.....
They do not like it, I was told off before in a Cinema once that bringing your own confectionery was not allowed, When I questioned why I was told something like
"you wouldn't take a Big Mac into a KFC to eat it, would you madam?"!

Absolutely ridiculous!!! We pay to see the film not the absorbitent prices of their confectionery!! I always take my own unless I have popcorn!
it's ridiculous, you pay enough to go into a cinema, I always used to take my own sweets and drink.
I glad I don't go to the cinema these days, I wait until the DVD comes out.
