Yes.......all the time. I'm that person in the bank in line that talks to you about the weather. I'm that person in the line at the grocery store that strikes up the conversation. I am always talking to someone about something. It's just me and that's the way it is...........I always talk to strangers and it's never turned out to be a bad experience.........who knows, you may have talked to me before and just never known it!!!
