a person who isn't hearing what he just ask you,instead he is, in his head already drawing up the next question,not even hearing the first answer you have given him because he has this dialect in his mind.....listen,ask, wait for and answer before you ask the next question.,...this happens to me many times,i always ask those if they are willing to listening.
