Funny conversation how to?!
Question: I have this new friend, and they enjoy humor more than most, I just don't know how to start a conversation that will grab their attention and make them lol and respond. Any suggestions would be tremendously helpful. Thanks!!

Look around. See if there is anything worth pointing out. Sure, talking about the weather is a cliche, but if there's something unusual about it--bam!--you've got a great topic of conversation.
Ask questions! Most people love to talk about themselves --- get them going. "Have you seen (Insert- Comedy Movie-Here)? What did you think of it?" Talk about some funny part, laugh a lot! Keep the questions light and not invasive. Do not ask too many questions if he or she is not responsive to them.
Look your newfound friend in the eye, it engenders trust (but don't stare). Also, use the person's name a time or two during the conversation; it will draw the person's attention to what you are talking about.
Ask them if they are aware that boogers have no calories.
They will agree, disagree or ask how you would know that.
Talk about stuff you saw on tv, or your favorite comedic movie.My favorite show to talk about that's funny is family Guy.I especially like to talk about Stewie( the Baby) on it. finally, if that doesn't work just make fun of the talk shows like Tyra banks and Oprah or Ellen.
