Question: How can you witness an event that happened long before you were born, in the here and now, (real time), with just your eyes,( no recording devices) and how can that event also be considered in the here and now?

You would be looking up at the sky. What you are seeing in real time such as stars shining, actually occurred long ago. By the time the light reaches your eyes, the star has already moved from that position or possibly burnt out long ago.

Just look at the mountains and stuff that were formed long before you were born.

You would have to be dead or death i believe. Or you would have to be looking at old rock formations of some kind.
