''well..'' the doctor the says ''the first piece of bad news is that you have cancer i'm terribly sorry mr smith''
Mr Smith cries uncontrollably ''Noooo, not cancer ... i can't have, why me god eh? why me? why cancer?'' he cries for a bit and calms down
The doctor takes a deep breath and says ''the second part of bad news is that you have Alzheimers...''
