1) Get a male coworker.
2) Tell him to call your husband from his cell phone and ask for you.
3) Tell him when your husband says "who it is?" to say "She told me this was her number. Who is this?"
4) When your husband gets confused, tell the coworker to say 'Nevermind, I'll just try her at work."
5) Don't answer your cell when he calls you. If he calls your work, have whoever answers the phone say "I'm sorry, she is out at the moment. She said she will be back in about 20 minutes. Can I take a message?"
6) Come up with a good excuse as to why the guy was calling your husbands number before you get home. Something like "one of my coworkers grabbed my cell phone by accident. She gave it back when she realized she didn't recognize the numbers in the address-book."
Read him a (fake) letter from the IRS -- needs to end with a phrase that tips him off that it is fake.
