I have the power to put someone in jail.

There are more than millions of me in the world... maybe trillions.
I come in different ways.
I'm created when something new appears.
And I can never be erased, only forgotten.
And last but not least, I cause your head to tremble when you think and cannot understand what I'm saying...

people die and also commit suicide
there are not just millions but billions of people around the world
you can forget someone but they wont be erased from existence
and they can confuse you when you don't understand what they are saying.
