cats, well, I am a TOTAL John Hughes fan so I will have to go with ........1. Breakfast Club 2. Pretty In Pink 3. Sixteen Candles. I am probably the only woman in America (or the world) who has never seen Top Gun (not a fan of Mr. Cruise) But I love all of the other movies you mentioned. Flashdance had a big influence on me ( and the legwarmer industry!) Dirty Dancing is a very cute movie. Loved Beverly Hills Cop ( "Would you like a leetle laymon tweest?") I don't think I saw Weird Science or Trading Places.

I LOVED Top Gun, Dirty Dancing and Beverly Hills Cop but out of the three, I have to go with Top Gun because it was so thrilling to see the air battles and watch those powerful jets...and the pilots weren't too hard on the eyes either!
