Hard logic problem?!
Question: There are 5 houses in 5 different colours. In each house lives a person of a different nationality. The 5 owners drink a certain type of beverage, smoke a certain brand of cigar, and keep a certain pet. Using the clues below can you determine who owns the fish?
The Brit lives in a red house.
The Swede keeps dogs as pets.
The Dane drinks tea.
The green house is on the immediate left of the white house.
The green house owner drinks coffee.
The person who smokes Pall Mall rears birds.
The owner of the yellow house smokes Dunhill.
The man living in the house right in the middle drinks milk.
The Norwegian lives in the first house.
The man who smokes Blend lives next door to the one who keeps cats.
The man who keeps horses lives next door to the man who smokes Dunhill.
The owner who smokes Blue Master drinks beer.
The German smokes Prince.
The Norwegian lives next to the blue house.

I've seen so many like this before, it's usually the german. I'm pretty sure it's the German, as usual after just looking at it.

The German has the fish and drinks coffee in the green house, which is fourth on the block.
Okay, I won't give you all the answers though :)
Draw 2 boxes side by side they should be large enough to write multiple things in, yet samll enough so you can draw more boxes on either side. Now read through and write down the 5 names Ie. the german and so on.
Underneth the name write what you know about them. For example you know the German smokes prince. Go on for everyone else. Then start looking at house color. You know that the green house is on the immediate left of the white house so go back to your boxes and lable the on the left green and the one on the right white. You know that the green house owner drinks coffee, so jot that in the green house box too, you know the dane drinks tea so the green house owner is not dane.You know The Norwegian lives in the first house and you also know The Norwegian lives next to the blue house so if the norwegian lives in the first house right next to the blue you need to draw two more boxes to the left of the first two boxes you drew. After drawing them lable the one to the far right norwegain and the one to the right of that blue. Again this means the green house owner is not norwegain. So far you have houses 1-4 you know the man in the middle house drinks milk so in the middle of 5 houses it would be the third house. So write in your blocks that the green houseowner drinks milk.
